WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO?
Swift Flag Repair Inc. cleans and repairs US, Corporate,
State and virtually every flag that is made. We have
restoration capabilities and reweave the older flags so that
they can be displayed. We also can assist you on purchasing
a new flag.
WHAT MAKES
YOU BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION?
We weave holes and badly torn
flags. Our competitors don't and we go the extra mile!
We seldom see a flag that we cannot repair and turn down
maybe 1-2 a year. That's all.
We also repair the Mast part
and replace grommets.
We also replace stars (make
new ones) we have even taken an old flag and mounted it on a
piece of muslin and suggested that our customers mount it in
a case for the wall. Mounting it on a piece of smooth wood,
have a frame the size of the flag made and put a piece of
glass over it. The wood on the back with the flag, would
fit face down into the box and locks in.
We have suggested to several
Hotels that since they fly flags high and it wouldn't be
seen anyway, that we extend their flags. We hold one of
theirs that cannot be repaired and add the strips on to
another one that cannot be repaired. In other words, the
flag if repaired, would become a square and needs more
stripe.

Auto Dealerships, Hospitals, Hotels, Casinos, Oil Companies
And most anyone that needs a flag serviced. We have
companies as far away as NY, Washington and Pennsylvania
sending us flags. We recently obtained a Government
Contract and we are presently working on the marketing to
the Government. We also do flags for the Buffalo Bills
of the NFL.
CAN ANYONE SEND YOU A FLAG?
Anyone that has access to a computer and finds us on the web
can call us in regard to their flag. We will take a look at
anyone's flag and let them know if it can be repaired.
HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK…. THE
PROCESS

we discuss a price for servicing their flag. We charge by
the size. Sometimes they have something special that has to
be done or they don't know if it can be repaired. They can
send it to us and we take a look at it and before the work
is started, we call them with a quote. Usually a quote is
done at the time of the initial call. They send us the flag
and within 5-7 days it is shipped back to them via UPS
ground. We take Visa - MasterCard or it can be set up on a
Net 30 day account.
Some restorations may require a deposit to begin the work.
HOW MANY FLAGS DO YOU REPAIR A
YEAR?
Approximately 2000 flags are done each year and probably
more. We are fortunate to have one customer send us 10
flags a week for restoration.
HOW MANY LOCATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
So far we have two locations, Las Vegas, NV and Reno, NV but
all inquiries are done through the main office in Reno, NV.
However, we service all 50 states. We even service
military bases outside of the US.
We strive to give the best customer service to our customers
and the response has been good. We save our customers money
by keeping their flags flying properly. Before there was
Swift Flag Repair Inc., people did not know what to do with
their old flags. It never occurred to them that they could
be repaired and some even thought there was a law with
regard to cleaning a flag. They either discarded them before
their time or flew them until they could not be repaired.
The fact is that they can be repaired up to three times with
care, thus saving the expense of buying new ones every time
there was a tear.
